Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate nursing care tailored to each resident
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams




• Assess and document clinical care effectively
• Guide and mentor unregulated care providers
• Evaluate and adjust care plans as necessary

Requirements:
• Valid Registered Practical Nurse license in the province
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
