Position Summary :
The Concierge Supervisor supports the daily operations of the concierge department, ensuring exceptional service and the seamless coordination of guest requests. This role assists in supervising the concierge team, coordinating daily operations, and working closely with internal departments and external vendors to deliver personalized and memorable guest experiences. The Concierge Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining service standards, supporting team performance, and enhancing the overall guest journey through proactive service and local knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service
Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service and respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
Support the consistent execution of Cabot's luxury service standards
Assist guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and special requests
Support VIP arrivals, amenities coordination, and personalized guest experiences
Operations & Department Oversight
Support daily concierge operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and service excellence
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to fulfill guest requests accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards within concierge and guest service areas
Assist in monitoring service quality, guest feedback, and operational flow throughout the department
Support the supervision, coaching, and development of concierge team members
Assist with onboarding and training to maintain service standards and operational consistency
Foster a positive, professional, and guest-focused team setting
Reinforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and luxury service standards
Administrative & Reporting
Complete required reports, logs, guest request tracking, and operational documentation accurately and on time
Assist with scheduling, staffing coordination, and payroll support
Maintain accurate communication with leadership and other departments regarding guest needs and operational updates
Support departmental organization, inventory tracking, and operational planning as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in front office, guest services,
or concierge roles within a hotel or resort environment, with a strong understanding of luxury service standards
Valid BC Drivers License - or willing to acquire prior to commencement of employment
Strong background in handling guest concerns, service recovery, and high-touch guest interactions
Demonstrated leadership experience, including team supervision, training, and performance management
Proficiency with hotel systems (PMS), cash handling procedures, and front office operations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Guest-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
