Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document residents' health status accurately
• Facilitate resident care planning and medication management




• Support resident transfers and move-in protocols

Requirements:
• Completed recognized LPN training program
• At least one year of relevant nursing experience
• Valid registration with the provincial nursing body
