As the Retail Training & Development Specialist, you'll facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, while collaborating closely with Retail Leadership and HR. By creating interactive learning materials, you will ensure consistent retail experiences and help new hires onboard smoothly into the Lisa Gozlan culture. Your role is pivotal in reinforcing product education and supporting team member development through ongoing coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging training for new and existing employees
• Assist with onboarding processes and materials




• Create interactive learning experiences for staff
• Support product education and marketing initiatives
• Conduct follow-up coaching to enhance retention

Requirements:
• At least 2 years in retail or similar training
• Experience in luxury fashion or jewelry preferred
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Creative approach to learning and development
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
