Startec Compression & Process is looking for a dedicated 3rd or 4th year Apprentice Pipefitter for our Shepard Shop. As part of our team, you’ll work on installing both small-bore and large-bore piping while learning to read and interpret complex blueprints. You'll also have the chance to mentor newer apprentices, enhancing their skills and helping them grow in the craft.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and assemble piping systems per specifications
• Interpret and red-line construction drawings
• Mentor apprentices to develop their skills
• Maintain safety and adherence to company protocols
• Assist in the layout for small bore piping on skids

Requirements:
• Registered 3rd or 4th year Apprentice or Journeyperson Pipefitter
• 1-2 years of experience in a relevant workplace
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Team-oriented and proactive
• Tack welding experience preferred
