As Heavy-Duty Vehicule Mechanic you will have to disassemble, replace, and reassemble mechanical components and suspension systems on heavy-duty trucks. You will also have to diagnose electronic and mechanical issues while ensuring the quality of all work performed.

Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a heavy-duty vehicle repair shop
Very good knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle mechanics
Own a set of tools/toolbox
Be in good physical condition
Desired skill set Resourceful and able to solve problems independently
Detail-oriented
Punctual and reliable
Tasks Disassemble various mechanical parts and equipment on heavy-duty vehicles
Reassemble mechanical parts and equipment
Find innovative ways of working and develop new solutions
Repair various components and equipment on accident-damaged heavy-duty vehicles
Maintain a safe work environment
Perform any other related duties associated with the position
