About the Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Pharmaceutical Data Manager to oversee the collection, management, and integrity of data from clinical trials and research studies. This fully remote position is critical for ensuring that high-quality, accurate, and reliable data is available to support regulatory submissions and decision-making processes. You will work closely with clinical operations, biostatistics, and programming teams to establish data management plans, design databases, and ensure adherence to global standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage Clinical Data Management Plans (CDMPs) for clinical studies.
Design, build, and validate study databases using Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
Oversee data entry, data cleaning, and query resolution processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Develop and execute data validation checks and reporting procedures.
Ensure compliance with ICH guidelines, GCP ,



and relevant data privacy regulations.
Collaborate with biostatisticians and programmers to facilitate data analysis and reporting.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a scientific, statistical, or computer science field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
Proficiency with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical) and data management tools.
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and CDISC standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for a work from home environment.
