Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates from concept to tender
• Conduct material, labour, and equipment take-offs




• Facilitate estimating workshops with project partners
• Present detailed cost data confidently in discussions
• Collaborate on constructability and pre-construction support

Requirements:
• Degree in construction or engineering field
• Proven municipal civil estimating experience
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and estimating software
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience in collaborative delivery models
