In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing our internal security posture and overseeing IT operations. Your hands-on experience in network security, device lifecycle management, and compliance will ensure we adhere to industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Own internal security posture and network architectures
• Proactively identify and mitigate threats and vulnerabilities




• Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement and decommissioning
• Maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and evidence collection
• Coordinate onboarding with HR and provide equipment support

Requirements:
• 5–7 years in IT and security operations
• Hands-on network security and firewall management
• Familiar with SOC 2 compliance and evidence management
• Solid communication with technical and non-technical teams
• Lives in Ottawa, Canada
