Eaton's Electrical sector is seeking a talented Electrical Systems Manager in Burlington, ON. This hybrid role emphasizes technical leadership for power distribution systems and ensures engineering quality across product development.
As a key leader, you will guide the critical functions of low-voltage and medium-voltage power distribution product development. With a focus on engineering integrity and compliance, you'll lead validation, testing, and certification activities while positively impacting Eaton Canada’s product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the technical authority for power distribution systems
• Provide product development and technical leadership
• Define product requirements and certification strategies
• Oversee engineering laboratory operations and safety programs
• Lead validation and compliance activities across product lines
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
• Minimum 10 years of power distribution engineering experience
• Solid knowledge of CSA, UL, ANSI, IEC standards
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Experience with ISO/IEC 17025 compliance preferred
