Kinsight, an accredited non-profit, is hiring a Residential Care Worker for the Coquitlam area. This role focuses on enhancing the independence and social connections of children, youth, and adults. Candidates should possess a diploma in Human Services and experience in Positive Behaviour Support, helping to advocate for individuals' rights and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals in their homes to promote independence
• Encourage learning and community engagement initiatives
• Manage personal care and support diverse medical needs




• Develop tailored routines based on individual care plans
• Advocate for people’s inclusion in all life aspects

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services, Community Support, or related
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks
• Class 5 Driver’s License; personal transport required
• Required First Aid/CPR certifications and proper training
