Maintain U-Haul facilities to aid colleagues in providing the highest standard of service to customers

Respond to facility needs promptly and efficiently

Perform project work independently or collaborate on projects as needed

Work around moving parts and machines for building and site maintenance while observing safety precautions

Use tools and equipment for facility maintenance across applicable trades

Requirements

Experience performing and utilizing tools and equipment in any of the following areas: carpentry, metal framing, painting, masonry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping

Respond promptly and efficiently to facility needs

Collaborate on projects or work alone as needed

Valid driver's license and a positive driving record to operate a motor vehicle

Adhere to all local vehicular regulations while driving

Observe necessary safety precautions while working around moving parts and machines for building and site maintenance

Ability to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields when required

Ability to remain stationary for long periods indoors and outdoors,



traverse spaces, reposition to reach and use tools, and move a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
