Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure flawless setup and operation of audiovisual equipment
• Quickly troubleshoot technical difficulties during events




• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members
• Direct and mentor technical staff on-site
• Manage equipment logistics and maintenance needs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage
• 2+ years in technical operations
• Proven customer service experience
• Certification in Technical 1-Star required within 60 days
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
