As the VAS Team Lead, you'll enhance operational execution while maintaining critical compliance requirements. Your hands-on leadership will support daily processing, training new hires, and coordinating among various teams in the distribution operations. Being proactive in addressing operational inefficiencies will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily team activities for effective execution
• Conduct hands-on training and real-time coaching
• Review operations for quality compliance
• Communicate workflow updates and KPIs clearly
• Prepare shift handoff reports for continuity

Requirements:
• 2+ years in a distribution or warehouse role
• Robust grasp of logistics and WMS technology
• Effective communicator and motivator
• Capacity to handle physical requirements of the job
• Willingness to acquire MHE certification
