Engage with children and families in a meaningful way as a Part-Time Program Leader at The Wright Spot and The Rec Spot. This role focuses on leading recreational activities and promoting healthy development.

Join our energetic before and after-school program team at The Wright Spot and The Rec Spot, serving the Leslieville and Beach communities. We seek reliable and energetic individuals with a passion for children's recreational programs. Experience in leading play-based activities is essential, while RECE, OCT, or CYW certifications are an asset but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging recreational activities for school-age children
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks during program




• Foster supportive relationships through positive engagement
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Ensure activities align with HIGH FIVE® Principles of Healthy Child Development

Requirements:
• Experience working with children in recreational settings
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 20 kgs
• Valid Standard First Aid/CPR-C certification required
• Warm and patient attitude towards children
