we currently have an exciting prospect for a Production Geology Co-op Student to join our Technical Services team reporting to the Senior Mine Geologist.
The Production Geology Co-op Student will be responsible for supporting the Mine Technical Services team and Mine Geology in efficient and safe mining operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support to the Mine Geology team in various competences such as RC drilling and Open Pit Grade Control (operational tasks and field based);
Exposure to Geotechnical Engineering, Short-Term Planning, Fleet Management and Mine Operations;
As assigned, evaluate and provide input to improve processes in the mine affecting quality, safety and productivity.
