Our financial services client is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer (3–5 years of experience) to deliver research-driven user experiences using Figma and Agile delivery processes

Join a global design group supporting product and strategic initiatives within the financial services sector. This role owns UX activities for a recent and emerging product, contributing across discovery, ideation, prototyping, testing, iteration, and product launch. The position works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and design system contributors to deliver intuitive and elegant UI solutions.

Permanent, Toronto, Working Hours: EST

Must Haves

3–5 years in a Senior UX/UI Designer or similar role

Proficiency with Figma

Application of design principles across complex problems from ideation to detailed design





Agile delivery process exposure within fast-paced programs

Bachelor’s Degree in HCI, Design, or similar discipline, or equivalent education and experience

Nice to Have

Experience in the financial services industry

International travel availability

Responsibilities

Own the UX for a new and emerging product

Lead business workshops and map user journeys

Create service blueprints, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Simplify complex processes into intuitive UI designs

Integrate user feedback and business requirements into specificationsTranslate business problems into design tasks for product owners, engineering teams, and end users

Advocate for design-centred refinements and improvements

Salary Range: CAD $110,000 - CAD $140,000
