Calgary Exhibition & Stampede is seeking an Event Coordinator to join the Event Management Team. The role focuses on the successful execution of year-round events, including internal meetings and trade shows, while delivering exceptional customer service from concept to completion.
The position reports to the Senior Event Manager and involves coordinating food, beverage, tech needs, parking and security, with opportunities to lead smaller events and support larger ones.
