The role is crucial for promoting Jewish heritage across diverse populations in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead archival staff and oversee operations for collections
• Establish strategic priorities for archival initiatives
• Cultivate partnerships with heritage and cultural organizations
• Develop comprehensive digital access and preservation strategies
• Manage innovative outreach to enhance OJA's profile
Requirements:
• 7-10 years experience in archival management; 3-5 in supervision
• Deep knowledge of archival description and standards
• Successful grant writing and fundraising experience
• Knowledge of Jewish cultural and historical context
• Master’s in Archival Studies or related field
