Shape early childhood education practices as the Learning Strategies Manager at Centres for Early Learning. This leadership role requires a focus on inclusion and educator training across 10 locations in GTHA.

You will report to the Senior Operations Director and be responsible for promoting best practices in early intervention and positive guidance for children’s wide-ranging needs. Your role includes coaching staff, developing effective support tools, and ensuring quality implementation of strategies aligned with current pedagogical standards. Key skills include behavior support, collaboration with families, and capacity building among educators.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Learning Strategies team in project planning
• Implement individualized strategies for children with needs




• Train educators on observational techniques and documentation
• Develop partnerships with community resources and families
• Ensure adherence to licensing and regulatory standards

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar roles
• Proven ability to support educators and families
• Strong knowledge of Ontario childcare legislation
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
