About the Role Our client is seeking a meticulous and insightful UX/UI Researcher to join their product development team in Kimberley. This role is crucial for understanding user behaviors, needs, and motivations to inform the design and development of intuitive and effective digital products. You will conduct user research, analyze findings, and translate them into actionable recommendations that enhance the user experience across our platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and execute a variety of user research studies, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to identify user pain points, needs, and preferences.
Synthesize research findings into transparent, actionable insights and recommendations for product and design teams.
Create user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to communicate user understanding.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers,



and developers to ensure research findings influence product strategy and design decisions.
Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring user-centered design principles are applied.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX Research or a related field.
Proven experience with a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Proficiency in research tools and platforms for conducting remote and in-person studies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey research findings to diverse stakeholders.
A portfolio showcasing your research process and impact on product design is highly desirable.
