You will report directly to the Facilities Manager, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Key skills include a mechanical background, solid organizational abilities, and effective communication. Your primary responsibilities will involve general maintenance, equipment repairs, and coordinating with service providers to support facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily maintenance of facilities and grounds
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs as needed
• Operate equipment including forklifts for labor tasks




• Document all maintenance work and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with various internal and external teams

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Familiarity with HVAC and building systems
• Current Class 5 British Columbia driver’s license
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification
