In this crucial role, you will manage the daily operations of a ski hill that features the first gondola in Atlantic Canada. With at least five years in maintenance management, you'll prepare budgets, implement operational strategies, and develop preventative maintenance programs to ensure facility excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operation policies and procedures for the ski hill
• Prepare budgets and manage revenue and expenses
• Direct staff recruitment and training initiatives
• Manage snowmaking and maintenance activities
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients

Requirements:
• 5+ years maintenance management experience in ski resorts
• College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree required
• Proficient in problem-solving and communication
• Solid occupational health and safety leadership
• Willingness to work flexible hours
