About the Role Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Hospitality Project Manager to oversee a variety of strategic projects within the hospitality sector. This role requires a leader capable of managing project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery of objectives, on time and within budget, all while working remotely. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive initiatives related to service improvement, technology implementation, and operational enhancements. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of hospitality operations, exceptional project management skills, and a proven ability to lead complex projects from a distance, supporting operations across Northern Cape and other regions.
Key Responsibilities Manage the planning, execution, and closing of hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate and lead project team members,



fostering effective collaboration and communication.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to closure, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
