You'll document activities in logs, conduct public relations duties, and ensure proper care for the service dog. As a K-9 Handler, you will meet various training and certification requirements while maintaining flexible availability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol West Edmonton Mall with assigned canine
• Conduct searches on suspicious packages and vehicles




• Document training and development in handler logs
• Engage guests in public relations appearances
• Monitor facilities for hazards and threats

Requirements:
• Must house assigned dog during off-hours
• Experience in security or K-9 handling roles
• Completion of required animal training courses
• Valid security license and Class 5 driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and willingness to train
