Michels Canada is looking for a self-motivated Yard Coordinator to join our team. This position requires a commitment to safety and effective communication with shop teams and external vendors. You will support yard operations and ensure that our workflow remains smooth throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a strong safety culture for employees and vendors
• Perform inspections and repairs on small tools and equipment
• Conduct yard housekeeping and explicit hazards from work areas
• Assist with equipment staging and yard moves
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory for jobsites

Requirements:
• 3+ years of outdoor heavy labor experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Experience operating a forklift and loader preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
