As a Substitute Activity Leader, you will be essential in developing and delivering high-quality programs that empower children in after-school settings. Your role involves leading engaging activities, providing individualized support, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. Collaborate with a dedicated team to help children learn and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create age-appropriate, engaging programming for children
• Facilitate enjoyable and educational activities outdoors and indoors
• Provide mentorship to volunteers and new colleagues
• Build strong relationships within the community and with families
• Ensure kid's safety and positive engagement throughout
Requirements:
• At least 19 years old
• Experience with children aged 5–12
• Proficient in developing educational programs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Emergency First Aid & CPR certification needed
