In this position, you will assess and implement support strategies aimed at enhancing daily living and social skills for participants aged 6-18. Developing meaningful connections with families and managing program evaluations will be essential. You will facilitate a variety of life skills and recreational activities to encourage independence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop individual support programs for participants
• Aid participants in acquiring daily living skills
• Handle participant intake and program documentation




• Monitor and report emergency situations effectively
• Document participant activities and progress meticulously

Requirements:
• Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year of practical experience in service
• Class 4 driver’s license or willingness to obtain
• Successfully pass agency screening and background checks
• Open to diverse applicants aimed at community representation
