Deliver compassionate care as a Personal Support Worker, supporting clients on Manitoulin Island. This role is vital for assisting individuals with daily living and health monitoring.

As a PSW, you will assist with client assessments, provide emotional support, and document their needs carefully. Collaborating with nursing staff, you will play an key role in maintaining client safety and developing personalized care plans while engaging in community-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor clients’ health and changes in condition
• Provide essential daily care and support with personal hygiene

Requirements:
• Mandatory completion of a Personal Support Worker Certificate
• Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector checks are required
• CPR C and First Aid Certification current
• Valid Class G driver’s license with reliable vehicle access
• Preference for experience in First Nation communities
