ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Warehouse Clerk / Storekeeper is part of the Supply Chain team. He/She is responsible for receiving, distributing materials to internal customers, storage, material handling, and shipping activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and unload trucks arriving at the site; identify and inspect materials.

Store materials in an organized and efficient manner and validate inventory accuracy in SAP.

Record incoming and outgoing inventory transactions using SAP.

Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Process material returns and perform all related tasks.

Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and requestors.

Comply with, understand, and promote company policies and regulations, particularly those related to health and safety.

Perform all other duties related to the position.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Relevant education related to the position; a college diploma (DEC) is preferred.





Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management or logistics.

Knowledge of SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with shipping and transportation management.

Forklift operating experience (an asset).

Wheel loader operating experience (an asset).

Bilingualism in French and English (an asset).

WORKING CONDITIONS

Schedule: 14 consecutive days on site followed by 14 consecutive days off.

Éléonore Mine Site (round-trip flights provided from Montréal, Chibougamau, Matagami, Rouyn-Noranda, Val-d’Or, and Wemindji).
