Responsibilities include friendly interactions with guests, managing orders, and collaborating with kitchen staff. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in hospitality and a strong commitment to service excellence in a lively setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent service to all guests from start to finish
• Take and fulfill food and beverage orders efficiently
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of service areas
• Handle guest concerns professionally, escalating when necessary
• Collaborate with F&B; teams for smooth workflow
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in a serving or bartending role
• Must hold Serving It Right and Food Safe Level 1 certifications
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverages
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in various settings
