You will play an integral role in connecting guests with beautiful and healthy plants at GARDENWORKS. Take charge of leading the team, driving sales, and managing inventory while ensuring a memorable guest experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate and lead department staff towards success
• Enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Oversee inventory management and plant care
• Coordinate with merchandising on creative displays

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of retail customer service experience
• Deep knowledge and passion for gardening
