Wales McLelland values its dedicated workforce and seeks energetic labourers to join its projects. In your role, you will work closely under the Site Superintendent, ensuring materials are managed efficiently and all safety standards are met. You will assist in assembling structures and safely operating equipment at various locations throughout the Fraser Valley.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow direction from the Site Superintendent on-site
• Assist in loading and unloading construction materials
• Participate in assembling or dismantling construction structures




• Operate machinery to transparent sites and manage materials
• Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations

Requirements:
• At least 3 years in construction, concrete experience preferred
• MEWP, Telehandler, Skidsteer certifications mandatory
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Valid BC Driver’s License required
• Flexibility to work nights and at varied locations
