You will be part of a tight‑knit group of eight legal professionals, with support spanning both Toronto and international team members.This organization is known for its premium work, deal flow, and commitment to operational excellence, making it an ideal environment for an experienced law clerk seeking exposure to complex, high‑value transactions.Your Current PositionAs a Senior Corporate Law Clerk, you will be part of a shared service model supporting private equity lawyers across a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.In this role, you will:Support corporate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, restructurings, and ongoing corporate maintenanceDraft and review corporate documents, resolutions, and deal materialsManage minute books and corporate records across multiple entities and jurisdictionsAssist with due diligence, closings, and post‑closing mattersCollaborate with a centralized legal team,
