especially with claims or disputes (potential or actual)Notify the Health and Safety Manager of any noted unsafe practicesDevelop weekly and monthly KPI reportsCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders to support project construction activitiesAdminister construction documents and correspondenceDevelop project documents through various phases in support of the manager and teamCreate constructability reviews and reportsComplete any tasks assigned by Construction Management III or higher in an productive and timely mannerWorking ConditionsOffice-based and on-siteWith all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.QualificationsHERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Management in the area of specialty or a relevant roleBachelor’s degree or diploma in an Engineering or Construction Management fieldHolding a recognized certification in area of specialtyBonus PointsEffective skills in Microsoft OfficeProficient in relevant construction-related softwareIn-depth understanding of prevailing construction means and methods in relevant areaAbility to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlinesKeen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilitiesMust have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)Equipped to work independently and as part of a teamCompensationCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
