recognizing behaviour as communicationRespond to challenging situations using crisis intervention and risk management strategiesMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment, reporting safety issues promptlyBuild strong, respectful relationships with supported individuals, families, and colleaguesThis role requires a balance of compassion, clinical skill, and professionalism.
