We're looking for a Male Disability Support Worker who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment. Your focus will be on assisting individuals with daily activities, building their independence, and fostering active participation in community events. Training in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention will be provided to all new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer emotional, physical, and community-based support
• Assist clients with personal care and meal preparation
• Facilitate community outings and recreational engagements




• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress
• Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and families
Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Human Services or equivalent
• Experience in human services, ideally one year
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Class 5 Driver's Licence and insured vehicle
• Ability to support individuals with diverse needs
