Mechanical Project Manager – Woking | Data Centre | long term Freelance

One of London's leading MEP contractors is currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team on a major data centre scheme in Woking.

The contractor is a well-established MEP business with a turnover of approximately £50 million and a workforce of around 300 staff. They have a strong track record of delivering major MEP projects across London and have worked with this established client for several years.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a data centre project during the pre-construction stage, giving the successful candidate the prospect to be involved from an early stage and play a key role as the project progresses into delivery.

The role will involve:

Mechanical Project Management

Pre-construction involvement

Planning and coordination of mechanical services

Working closely with the client and project team





Managing subcontractors and site teams

Programme and resource planning

Mechanical coordination and delivery

Supporting the project through to construction and completion
