In this role, you'll engage with partners including UBC Okanagan and Okanagan College to align institutional priorities with research. Drive project development and partnership pathways from initial engagement to completion. Your expertise in partnership development will be key in connecting organizational needs with Mitacs’ robust programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with academic institutions
• Identify opportunities connecting industry needs with research talent
• Guide partners on Mitacs programming and application processes




• Conduct outreach and follow up on business development leads
• Represent Mitacs at regional meetings and events

Requirements:
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields
• Proven experience in partnership development and project coordination
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities effectively
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region
