Empower young learners as a temporary K-3 Blended Learning Teacher at School District 71 in Quesnel, BC. This role involves face-to-face instruction and project-based learning.
School District 71 is seeking a part time Blended Learning HLC Teacher dedicated to fostering an inclusive learning community. You will support multi-grade classes, guiding students with diverse abilities in a blended learning environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in online or blended teaching and a commitment to experiential learning methods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide face-to-face instruction up to 2.5 days weekly
• Collaborate with educators on project-based learning
• Create online learning resources for students and families
• Coordinate community-based programs for enriched learning
• Deliver workshops to support parental engagement
Requirements:
• Certification in online or blended teaching in BC
• Experience with place-based learning approaches
• Basic First Aid certification required
• Strong skills in literacy and numeracy
