About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead UI/UX Designer to spearhead the user interface and user experience design for their innovative projects in Kimberley . This leadership role involves defining the overall user experience strategy, leading a team of designers, and ensuring that our interfaces are intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and artists to craft seamless and enjoyable user journeys across all our products. This hybrid role offers the ideal balance of in-person collaboration and remote flexibility, contributing to impactful user-centered design.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX).
Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and products.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers and development teams to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
Mentor and guide junior UI/UX designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.




Establish and maintain UI style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
Requirements Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer , with a significant portion in a lead or senior role.
Robust portfolio showcasing a range of successful user interface and user experience design projects.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and information architecture.
Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
