The Growth team owns the entire customer sign-up and purchase funnel for our car insurance marketplace, and drives how millions of people discover, evaluate, and become a Jerry customer. Our funnel is healthy but our product is becoming increasingly complex as we onboard recent insurance carriers and expand into insurance for other asset classes.
What Will You Do? As a Product Manager, Core Product Growth at Jerry, you will conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points in the sign-up and purchase funnel. You will own user feedback monitoring by pulling signals from reviews, support tickets, and research and turning them into actionable insights. Additionally, you will lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives and contribute to A/B testing and experiment design to optimize conversion and growth.
