About the Role Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Agricultural Sales Representative to promote and sell their range of crop protection products in the Kimberley region. This hybrid role involves both field visits to farms and clients, as well as work from home for reporting and planning. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with farmers, agronomists, and distributors, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of agriculture, excellent sales skills, and a passion for helping farmers improve their crop yields and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets for crop protection products in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including farmers, cooperatives, and retailers.
Provide technical information and advice on the correct application and benefits of company products.
Conduct product demonstrations and field days to showcase product efficacy.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports,



forecasts, and manage customer databases.
Collaborate with the technical support team to address customer inquiries and issues.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural sector, focusing on crop protection or inputs.
Strong knowledge of farming practices, crop types, and common agricultural pests and diseases.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the Kimberley region.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
