In this full time role reporting to the Head of Growth, you will take charge of the entire user acquisition and retention strategy. You'll design campaigns across paid channels, enhance App Store performance, and optimize the conversion funnel. Your analytical skills will help in crafting data-backed pricing strategies and conducting A/B tests for better user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own user acquisition and growth strategy aiming for 10x increase
• Launch and manage campaigns on various digital platforms
• Drive App Store Optimization for better organic reach
• Create effective freemium and paid subscriber strategies
• Report growth metrics to guide future initiatives
Requirements:
• 3+ years in mobile app user growth and marketing
• Solid experience with ad platforms and ASO methodologies
• Strong analytical skills for pricing and feature decisions
• Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques
• Expertise in customer lifecycle marketing strategies
