Avez-vous travaillé dans l’aéronautique ou une industrie similaire et vous souhaitez progresser tout en développant de nouvelles compétences? Alors, ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 est à la recherche d'un Responsable Qualité Conception pour joindre notre équipe de Qualité Ingénierie basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec l'équipe d'ingénierie qualité d'Airbus en Europe. En tant que membre de l'équipe d'Ingénierie Qualité, vous représenterez la fonction Qualité au niveau de l'AI (Airbus Canada Engineering Organization). Vous serez appelé à travailler en collaboration avec les partenaires d'affaires de l'AI, dans un environnement multifonctionnel, et à contribuer à la définition de l'état futur des processus d'ingénierie de base et des livrables liés aux activités de conception. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à intégrer les exigences internes et externes aux processus d'Airbus, tout en déployant les standards de qualité et les outils d'analyse de risques (AMDEC, PPS) pour optimiser les activités d'ingénierie et la livraison des revues de conception. Job description: You have a solid experience in high-tech product design or quality control in an industrial field?Have you worked in aeronautics or a similar industry and would you like to progress and develop new skills? Then this job is for you! The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Design Quality Leader to join our Quality Engineering team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Airbus Quality engineering team in Europe. As a member of the Quality Engineering team, you will represent the Quality function at the AI (Airbus Canada Engineering Organization) level. You will be required to work in collaboration with AI business partners, in a multi-functional environment, and contribute to the future state of the Engineering core processes definition and deliverables related to design activities. In your role, you will be responsible for integrating internal and external requirements into Airbus processes, while deploying quality standards and risk analysis tools (DFMEA, PPS) to optimize engineering activities and the delivery of design reviews. Your Challenges: Ensure the integration of internal and external requirements within Airbus processes and oversee their strict application across engineering operations. Deploy quality standards (DFMEA, PPS, risk analysis) to continuously optimize design methods and guarantee the required maturity level at every stage. Lead the preparation of design reviews and contribute to major deliverables (DT, QPT, KBD assessments) in close collaboration with technical teams. Promote a "Right First Time" culture by implementing a rigorous quality control framework for all engineering deliverables. Design and negotiate the Product Assurance Plan, ensuring its consistent follow-up throughout the entire program lifecycle. Strengthen process resilience through systematic reviews and proactive risk monitoring. Drive root cause analyses when deviations occur, leading multi-functional teams to coordinate the rapid implementation of corrective actions. Your boarding pass: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. You have at least 10 years of experience in development and a solid understanding of the manufacturing environment; You possess excellent interpersonal skills and strong emotional intelligence; You are skilled at leading meetings and can easily influence and persuade your audience; You are committed and comfortable collaborating in teams on international, cross-functional projects; You are fluent in both French and English, both written and spoken; You ideally have experience in the aeronautics industry (a definite plus); You ideally possess knowledge of aircraft development processes (an additional asset).
