Leverage your expertise as an Accreditation Assessor with the Standards Council of Canada (SCC). This role involves conducting assessments for Validation and Verification Body Accreditation Programs, focusing on greenhouse gas methodologies.

SCC is looking for multiple assessors to evaluate accredited customers against ISO standards. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a validation and verification body or an accreditation setting. Your skills in conformity assessment and auditing processes will be critical in reviewing personnel records and evaluating VVBAP operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with SCC Lead Assessor to outline assessment scope
• Analyze customers' quality management system and SOPs
• Assess personnel competency management and HR records




• Conduct witness audits and evaluate procedure conformity
• Compile objective evidence of conformance and non-conformance

Requirements:
• Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work VISA
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Minimum three years in a VVB or accreditation workplace
• Proficient in GHG conformity assessment methodologies
• Knowledge of relevant ISO standards and GHG technical sectors
