Participate in TD's 18-month AI2 Associate rotational program across Analytics Insights & AI
Perform data queries and prepare datasets for analysis and modelling
Clean data and conduct feature engineering
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights for business decisions
Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Support data-driven solutions by building models using structured and unstructured data
Prepare datasets for machine learning through integration, cleaning, feature engineering, scaling, and transformation
Collaborate with team members and business partners to develop, test, and deploy analytics solutions such as forecasting, optimization, and pricing models
Identify business problems and opportunities suitable for data-driven solutions
Develop proposals and approaches for analytics initiatives
Support business case development for analytics solutions
Work on initiatives that improve decisions, processes, systems, and applications supporting TD's businesses
Participate in programming, coaching, tools, and support provided through the Associate program
Requirements
Must have graduated between May 2025 and May 2027
Undergraduate degree in Business, Management, and/or Data Analytics or related field
Strong statistical and analytical skills and interest
Experience analyzing large data sets, drawing insights and inferences, and communicating outputs
Experience in one or more of Big Data, programming, data/text mining, optimization, algorithm development, automation, data visualization, or simulation
Experience in one or more of predictive analytics, regression, logit modeling, discrete choice, propensity modeling, or natural language processing
Ability to read and comprehend data schemas, metadata, entity relationship diagrams, and technical documentation
Technical knowledge or experience with cloud environments; MS Azure is a plus
Experience with Data Management
Strong technical knowledge and experience with at least one of Python, Spark/PySpark, SQL, R, Java, C/C++, Alteryx, or Tableau
Strong leadership qualities, initiative, prioritization, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team setting
Ability to participate in a team with targeted deliverables
Experience with Data Management, Analytics, and Project Management is a plus
Ability to remain current with emerging trends and technologies

Employees must reside in Canada, the country where the role is located
