Position Summary
Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support strategic business decisions and operational improvements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically skilled, and passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve reporting processes, and contribute to data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources

Develop, maintain, and optimize databases and data management systems

Interpret data using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively

Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and business objectives





Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems

Monitor and improve data quality processes and reporting standards

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau

Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
