METRO is seeking a Field Specialist eCommerce Operation to support the eCommerce team across Ontario stores. The role ensures standards, helps train and open current stores, and provides operations support to Store Managers in the assigned territory.
It also sets up new department initiatives and drives customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate with the eCommerce Director and Store Managers, implement new tools, monitor KPIs, and help develop training programs for key roles within the eCommerce
