Wattpad is seeking an HR Generalist to shape the employee experience from day one through milestones, while building a robust HR foundation for the team. You will be the first point of contact for managers and staff on employment matters and will own onboarding, offboarding, and people processes.
You’ll partner with the HRIS and People teams to craft communications, coordinate events, administer calendars, and help manage vendor relationships and budgets.
